Be Ready for HVS Tryout
Due to the weather, today’s game and this weekend’s ODP all have been cancelled, so there will be no games for entire month, which gives us a valuable time for a systematic physical and strength training, starting today the following two weeks of training will be ultra-intensive, including resistance training (power and core stabilization), speed and agility, in the third week we’ll focus on cardio and balance, and the final week focusing on recovery. The Hoover Havoc and State Cup in April are two major challenges, but our ultimate goal is the HVS Tryout in mid May, for which we have been working so hard for a whole year. This year we are no longer unprepared, I believe the girls will confidently bring themselves in front of Coach Oleg in best shape and show him we both deserve the HVS jerseys.
