Wednesday, rest day, the girls took a break physically from their regular training, we usually use Wednesday for mental training, today we watched some YouTube game footages of teams just switched from 9v9 to 11v11, let them find if there is something weird. You can clearly see that when the field becomes larger and the number of players increases, players who used to dribble the ball and rarely pass the ball will encounter a bottleneck, they are no longer the super stars on the field, but those who used to seek corporations with teammates and always pass balls stand out. 11v11 soccer is all about decision makings, when to go and when to stay, when to pass and when to shoot, when to tackle and when to hold your ground.
